Chevrolet presents THE CHEVROLET YUNG JOC   STREETZ MORNING TAKEOVER “STAY IN COLLEGE” SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

How to Enter the Contest:

1. Chevrolet Presents-THE YUNG JOC & THE STREETZ MORNING TAKEOVER STAY IN COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS will begin on September 19, 2022 and end on December 10, 2022.
2. To participate in the contest, register to win at www.streetzmorningtakeover.com
3. To enter online, visit at www.streetzmorningtakeover.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form, including your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid e-mail address in the online entry form. Contestants will be required to provide their school financial award letter for upcoming school year/semester. This contest is for college sophomores, juniors, & seniors who are continuing their education. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the station’s privacy policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the entry period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. P.O. boxes are not permitted. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. The Contest administrator shall not deem proof of submission of an entry proof of receipt. By the use of the Station website and by entering this contest, contestants agree to Station’s website user agreement and privacy policy as described on at www.streetzmorningtakeover.com. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
4. One entry per person. There will be 8 winners in the contest.
5. A contestant may only win once during the contest.

Eligibility Restrictions:

The contest is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older and attends a Historically Black College or University (HBCU). Contestants must be returning sophomore, junior or senior to said institution. Employees of Core Radio Group, LLC and affiliates, General Motors, Chevrolet, The Martin Retail Group., owners, employees, agents and present or former paid spokesperson for the participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations affiliates and members of their respective families are ineligible to participate or win. Family members are parents, children, spouses, those in spouse-like relationship and siblings, in-laws, (including those in step-and half relationships when living in the same household). Anyone who has been employed by or interned with Core Radio Group, LLC or General Motors or affiliates; are also ineligible. Eligible contestants must attend an HBCU, have financial award letter for upcoming semester Spring 2023- 2024. Students must meet the age and academic requirements. A transcripts will be required as proof of eligibility when claiming the prize.

Prizes:

1. 8 scholarships from General Motors/Chevrolet equivalent to $15,000.00 each. One winner bi-weekly starting in October, November and December. Totaling $120,000 in scholarships.
2. The scholarship winners must complete and return all paperwork provided by Core Radio Group, LLC before claiming the prize within 45 days, otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize and another entry will be chosen.
3. Prizes are not transferable. Scholarships will be sent directly to said selected winner’s HBCU on behalf of student.
4. This is a national contest for selected markets; Atlanta, GA; Albany, GA; Charlotte, NC; Norfolk, VA; Savannah, GA; Huntsville, AL; Raleigh, NC; Fayetteville, NC;

Selection of Winners:

1. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
2. The prizewinners will be selected at random from all combined entries meeting eligibility restrictions submitted at either www.streetzmorningtakeover.com. One winner is selected on October 7, 2022. The second winner on October 14, 2022. The third winner on October 21, 2022. The fourth winner on October 28, 2022. The fifth winner on November 4, 2022. The sixth winner on November 11, 2022. The seventh winner NOVEMBER 18, 2022. The Eighth Winner December 9, 2022.
3. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on at www.streetzmorningtakeover.com
4. Core Radio Group, LLC will contact the winners by telephone. If a winner cannot be reached within 2 business days, an alternate winner will be selected and the prize awarded.
5. Dates are subject to change at the discretion of Core Radio Group, LLC

Conditions:

1. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be reported to the IRS on IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
2. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.
3. Contest winners are required to sign a receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of any prize of more than nominal value. Before claiming a prize, contest winners are also required to sign a liability release if the prize to be awarded is valued at $600 or greater, if the contest or prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by Core Radio Group.
4. Pursuant to the Liability Release and Travel Release, the winner will agree to hold Core Radio Group, LLC, General Motors Inc., and the respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
5. Core Radio Group, LLC; General Motors Inc., in its sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of any station web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
6. These rules are subject to the interpretation of Core Radio Group, LLC; General Motors Inc., Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of station management, and such changes will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.
7. No purchase is necessary. This contest is void where prohibited.
8. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Core Radio Group, LLC; General Motors Inc. Chevrolet.
9. By entering, all entrants are given permission for Core Radio Group and affiliates to share their information with General Motors, Chevrolet and Said sponsors and agree to being contacted by any of the above.
10. Core Radio Group, LLC; General Motors Inc .Chevrolet, are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcements of any prize.
11. A complete list of winners will be available after December 31, 2022.
